Glossary of Terms
An optional section at the top of the content item, consisting of a small image and optional text. Both the image and the text can be clickable links. The image can be used for a brand's logo, or this section could be used as a clickable link to a URL of your choosing.
A campaign is an object that assigns a Qapture code to a Content Item or Content Set. A campaign's code can be scanned by users to receive the content associated with the campaign.
The Content Item is the content that users see in the app after scanning a Qapture code.
A Content Set allows a single Qapture code to load different Content items upon scanning, depending on conditions set by the creator of the Set.
For example, a Qapture code could show a different Content depending on the time of day, the age of the user scanning the code, or the language their device is set to.
Content types are templates for creating Content Items specific kinds of content (for example, a Promotion Page or a Quiz).
A dashboard is a page that provides both overview and in-depth information about user interaction in the form of widgets.
Exclusion Rules
In Instant Winner games, it is possible to add one or more exclusion rules that make certain users ineligible for winning an Instant Winner game. The exclusion rules are based on profile properties.
When enabled, an Initial Form is a form that users must fill in order to access the content.
Code (Qapture Code)
The Qapture Code is the unique scannable code developed by Qapture Ltd.
Organization (Org)
Each organization using the Qapture Solution uses a separate CMS with its own URL.
A project is the main entity that is meant to capture a customer operation within the Qapture Portal.
Report
A report is a downloadable data table containing information about users' activity. A report can include scan times, user ID's, location, users' input, and more.
