Content Statistics

The Content Statistics section offers detailed performance data for individual content items within the CMS. The available statistics vary depending on the content type.

Accessing Content Statistics:

  1. Go to the side menu and select "Contents" from "Campaign Management".

  2. Hover the cursor over the desired content item and click on the "Content statistic" button.

Supported Content Types:

  • Coupon

  • Raffle

  • Instant Winner

  • Quiz

  • Multi-Player Trivia

  • Poll

Performance Data by Content Type:

Coupon

Example of Result Statistics for a Coupon content item
  • Statistics Page: Displays a summary of performance metrics, including:

    • Number of issued coupons

    • Number of used coupons

    • Number of remaining coupons

    • Number of users who received coupons

  • Results Page: Features a table with all coupon entries, including the code each user received.

  • Export Results: Users can download a spreadsheet with detailed scan information, such as:

    • Time of scan

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • Code received

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form (if applicable)

Raffle

  • Results Table: Contains all raffle entries.

  • Export Results: Allows users to download a spreadsheet with details about each raffle entry, including:

    • Time of entry

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • Code received

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form

Instant Winner

  • Statistics Page: Provides a summary of the maximum number of allowed winners, the number of winners so far, and the remaining number of potential winners.

  • Results Table: Displays all game entries and indicates whether each user has won.

  • Export Results: Users can download a spreadsheet with the following information:

    • Time of scan

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • Whether the user won

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form

Quiz

  • Statistics Page: Shows how many users answered each question correctly and the distribution of answers.

  • Results Page: Includes a table with all entries and their respective scores.

  • Export Results: Users can download a spreadsheet containing:

    • Time of scan

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • User’s score

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form (if applicable)

  • Export Statistics: Users can download a spreadsheet with performance data for each question, including the number of users who selected each answer.

Multi-Player Trivia

  • Statistics Page: Displays how many users answered each question correctly and the distribution of answers.

  • Results Page: Includes a table with all entries and their respective scores as well as their average answer times (in milliseconds).

  • Export Statistics: Users can download a spreadsheet with performance data for each question, including the number of users who selected each answer for every question.

  • Export Results: Users can download a spreadsheet containing:

    • Time of scan

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • User’s score

    • User's average answer time (in milliseconds)

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form (if applicable)

Poll

  • Statistics Page: Shows the distribution of answers, both numerically and visually (with a pie chart).

  • Results Page: Features a table with all entries and the answers selected.

  • Export Results: Users can download a spreadsheet with the following information:

    • Time of scan

    • User’s unique App User ID

    • Answer submitted

    • Data entered into the Embedded Form (if applicable)

  • Export Statistics: Users can download a spreadsheet with performance data, including the number of users who selected each answer and the relative percentage of each answer.

Export Statistics

Download statistics in .csv format for content types supporting Statistics in Content Statistics. To export results, simply press the "Export statistics" button at the top right of the page. The "Export statistics" window will open within the page.

There are several possible actions in the "Export statistics" page:

  • Download Excel: Downloads a .xlsx file of the statistics

  • Download CSV: Downloads a .csv file of the statistics

  • Send the file to email: Opens an email draft with a download link for the statistic. The file can be in either .xlsx, .csv, or .json format

  • Copy link: Copy a download link for the results

  • Share with system users: Have a download link sent to the email of one or more members of the CMS

Export Results

Download results in .csv format for content types supporting Results in Content Statistics. To export results, simply press the "Export results" button at the top right of the page. The "Export results" window will open within the page.

  • Copy link: Copy a download link for the results

  • Share with system users: Have a download link sent to the email of one or more members of the CMS
